We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You will be responsible for supporting client inquiries, managing accounts, and contributing to overall client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

• Manage and update client accounts and documentation

• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project updates

• Identify and escalate client concerns or issues when necessary

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about company services and processes

• Support the onboarding process for new clients

• Monitor and track client satisfaction and provide feedback to leadership

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1+ years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality service
