Position: Principal, HRM
What You Will Do:
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Responsible for monthly payroll calculation, reconciliation, and disbursement, ensuring accuracy.
- Manage the enrollment and termination processes for Labor Insurance and National Health Insurance.
- Administer group insurance, including monthly claims, enrollment/termination, and assistance with claims processing.
- Input and calculate special bonuses (e.g., performance bonuses, profit sharing).
- Handle special or unusual payroll situations, such as final settlements for terminations or advance wage payments.
Employee Data and Movement Management:
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other relevant data. Responsible for tracking and managing headcount, ensuring data is updated promptly.
- HR Compliance and Policy Enforcement:
- Conduct regular compliance audits of daily HR operational processes to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Be proficient in Taiwan's Labor Standards Act and related labor regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are compliant.
- Serve as the primary liaison with various government labor-related agencies (e.g., Labor Insurance Bureau, National Health Insurance Administration, Department of Labor).
HR System Management:
- Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the Human Resources Management (HRM) System.
- Experience with Workday system operation and management is a plus.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide various HR operational data reports and analyses as needed.
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of solid experience in HR operations or payroll and benefits administration. Profound knowledge of Taiwan's Labor Standards Act and related sub-regulations.
- Experience handling payroll and benefits for a large employee base.
- Excellent data processing skills and high attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in HRM system management; Workday system experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in handling labor disputes, government labor inspections, or labor mediation is a plus.
