In this role, you'll:
Work within our Workforce Capability & Learning Team within the People and Culture Branch of Sydney Trains, with a focus on establishing, maintaining and assuring the Sydney Trains Enterprise Learning & Competency Framework ecosystem.
This role will see you play a critical role in upholding the integrity, quality assurance and compliance of training programs delivered by Sydney Trains and its external providers.
You will work across all areas of Sydney Trains and engage with a wide range stakeholders to ensure consistency in learning design, development and delivery, resulting in quality outcomes of all learning.
This will see you balancing innovation in learning and compliance.

About you
Your certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) will accompany your strong understanding of The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) standards and VET sector reporting requirements.
You’re recognised for your experience in compliance and quality assurance within an RTO setting as well as for your confidence using SMS/LMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
You are someone who brings a collaborative approach to engage stakeholders and drive shared success with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine interest in supporting the teams across Workforce Capability and Learning.
In addition to this, your strong organisational skills, high-level written and verbal communication skills and ability to meet deadlines and competing demands, will see you enhancing and implementing quality assurance systems that are practical, user-friendly, and aligned with the Standards for RTOs 2025.
This is an Award RC6 Permanent Full-Time role based in Petersham, with flexibility through our cutting-edge hybrid working model!.
