About Organization:
Department Overview
We provide mobile communication services for corporations. We create mobile services for corporations, starting with strategy planning based on market research, and then proceeding through service planning, product planning, communication system development, and supply chain construction. We manage the entire process of delivering these services, which we have devised ourselves, to our customers through marketing, advertising, sales strategy planning and sales promotion, sales channel construction, etc.
Why We Hire
We focus on maximizing customer satisfaction by streamlining and improving operations, including BPO management and back-office support essential for running the communication center. We collaborate closely with various departments, such as Systems, Marketing, and Sales.
Position Details
We are the customer support organization within Rakuten Mobile's enterprise services division.
<Role within the Business>
・Planning and promoting improvement initiatives in customer support operations.
・Planning and building strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
・Productivity management of operational sites.
<Specific Responsibilities>
・Productivity management of local communication center sites.
・Internal coordination to resolve cases requiring investigation.
・Supplier management.
・Building, analyzing, and improving call flows.
・Sales support.
・Developing and maintaining operational manuals.
