Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

Adobe is a leader empowering creativity for students in K12 and higher education through platforms such as Express, Firefly, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere, and Illustrator. Over the past five years, the concept of being a "Creator" has gained significant traction among students, both as a personal aspiration and a professional ambition. The rise of feed-driven platforms has democratized creative opportunities, fostering collaboration and extending creative empowerment beyond traditional professionals to a broader audience. This shift has generated substantial global potential across K12 schools, higher education institutions, and certificate programs, enabling the development of future creative professionals and nurturing creativity in all students.

As Adobe expands its global presence in education, aligning community engagement with product-led growth strategies will be vital in driving our success in supporting students and educators worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Community Engagement, Growth, and User Advocacy: Foster and scale a global community of students and educators around Adobe Education by engaging with users, gathering feedback, and implementing community-driven features and improvements. Act as a champion for the user community within the organization, ensuring that user needs and feedback are prioritized in product strategy. Position Adobe across community events as a distinct industry leader focused on creation, collaboration, and community at the intersection for powerful learning.

  • Growth Leadership: Be a leading voice for Product- and Community-led Growth across the broader Adobe Education product leadership teams including Design, Research, Engineering, and Data Science. Lead and mentor a distributed team of Growth Product Managers to drive excellence in embracing PLG methodologies and execution, and partner with your fellow core/platform product leaders.

  • E2E Growth Metrics: Lead strategies and growth funnels across user acquisition, community engagement, and monetization that ultimately drive the continued momentum of Education as Adobe’s next significant business. Lead efforts to strengthen our Product Growth muscle, instilling a sense of curiosity, the strength to challenge internally held frameworks, and an experimentation mentality that celebrates test failures and test wins in the spirit of learning.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 12+ years leading large teams in B2C and B2B product management and product growth & marketing on web and mobile apps.

  • Ability to develop and execute a long-term community strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

  • PLG expertise to deliver strong product and business outcomes, with dynamically larger scope in scale and team development.

  • A deep understanding of sophisticated growth strategies and implementation with product adoption.

  • Navigate within a highly matrixed organization, working through and across multiple teams, functions, and structures.

  • Exceptional executive presence to influence others, from senior executives/C-staff to individual Growth practitioners.
