Senior Financial Analyst

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Partnering with Assembly and Test finance and/or operations to establish a robust process for site support group allocations, new product introduction spending carve out and idle capacity spending charge
• Perform monthly close and quarterly forecasting and reporting activities for the above portfolio
• Analyzing actual versus forecast for variance reporting and cycle over cycle forecast changes
• Support SOX and any other compliance requirements
• Identify financial and/or operating issues and propose action plans
• Driving process improvements and/or simplification

Skills/Competency:

• Intermediate to advanced excel skills
• Experience with SAP, Power BI
• Experience with Standard Costing
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Ability to work under dynamic and ambiguous situations
• Attention to details
• Critical thinking
• Able to work well with people/team player
• Strong Communication
• Experience in Manufacturing/Semiconductor sector is preferred

Education/Experience:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 5 years’ experience
