Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 with at least 25 points

• Tertiary education will be an advantage

• 2 - 3 years Banking and Credit experience

• Computer literate

• Good interpersonal communication skills

• Above average numerical ability

• Excellent Time Management skills

• Strong team player

• Attention to detail

Job Specification:

• Ensure credit approvals comply with the relevant Credit Policy and Financial Crime Guidelines;

• Concurrent processing of loan application and prompt review process;

• Monitoring of Loan Applications in the assessment queue;

• Maintain effective controls on loans;

• Sanction screening on individual clients during the vetting process;

• Employment confirmation with Employers;

• Effective communication with internal stakeholders;

• Accountable for service delivery through own efforts;

• Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
