The Position

Digital Project Support

• Assist in the research, design, and piloting of digital innovations (e.g., AI/ML, IoT, digital therapeutics, data analytics).

• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Medical) and external partners (startups, tech vendors) to co-create solutions.

Market & Technology Trends

• Analyze emerging digital health trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments in China.

• Prepare reports/presentations on findings to guide strategic decisions.

Data & Analytics

• Support data-driven initiatives, including visualization (Power BI/Tableau) or predictive modeling (Python/R).

• Help optimize digital tools for real-world data collection and insights generation.

Operational Excellence

• Contribute to agile workflows, sprint planning, and UX/UI testing for digital products.

• Document processes and outcomes for knowledge sharing.
