The International Sales Manager – Mission is a strategic role responsible for driving international revenue growth through the management of military distributors and alignment with Mystery Ranch’s Military Program principles. This role requires deep specialization in military sales, international operations, and distributor management, with a strong focus on long-term impact and innovation. The ISM-M will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure market alignment, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the planning and execution of international military distributor revenue targets. 

  • Identify and develop new distributor relationships and business opportunities aligned with strategic goals. 

  • Deliver market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform product development and strategic planning. 

  • Represent Mystery Ranch at international and domestic trade shows, managing logistics and customer engagement. 

  • Partner with Operations to ensure accurate forecasting and timely production planning. 

  • Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging with market needs and audience expectations. 

  • Work closely with Customer Service to ensure distributor satisfaction and product knowledge. 

  • Provide actionable insights to Product Development based on customer feedback and market trends. 

  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Shipping to meet logistical delivery requirements. 

  • Develop and maintain a Distributor Handbook outlining international policies and brand standards. 

  • Establish and lead cross-functional communication teams to manage delivery schedules and order accuracy. 

  • Mentor and support Customer Service teams in understanding military products and customer profiles. 

  • Communicate sales projections, product demand, and market trends to senior leadership. 

  • Provide intelligence on key customers, upcoming tenders, and product positioning in international markets. 

 

Qualifications and Attributes:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.   

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in international sales, military programs, or related fields. 

  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. 

  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically. 

  • High School Diploma or GED. 

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. 

  • Experience with international military operations. 

  • Proven sales and business development experience. 

  • Leadership or management experience in a cross-functional environment. 

  • This role is remote

$0.00 - $110,000.00 Annual USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
