Production Assistant

Art + Commerce is looking for a Junior Producer to support a photography team. This person will work closely with the Agent, Senior Producer, accounting department, studio managers, and the team to successfully complete projects. This position requires a calm, strong, intelligent, intuitive personality. This person must be able to maintain a positive attitude, respond efficiently to requests, and communicate with people politely and effectively at all different levels. This position also allows for the Junior Producer to work in a collaborative team environment, interacting with exceptional photographers, while obtaining an insider’s view of commercial, editorial and fine art photography at the highest level. This position also provides the opportunity to learn at one of the leading artist representation agencies in the world.
 

III. Essential Functions:   

• Supervise artist promotions and budgets for the shoots
• Manage and coordinate project billing from advance to final invoicing
• Manage all business travel arrangements
• Handle accounting for artists which will involve generating estimates and processing billing on timely matter
• Oversee in all details of a photo production
• Manage all estimate creation/revision processes
• Daily communication with artists
• Other responsibilities as assigned
