What You Will Do

• Provide professional support to the team responsible for new product introductions
• Coordinate and perform validations related to product changes
• Operate and improve tools, instruments, documentation, and processes used in production, testing, and servicing
• Ensure seamless execution of manufacturing, testing, and servicing tasks
• Analyze product-specific failures, document corrective actions, and provide feedback to development and production teams
• Support the work of repair and service technicians
• Contribute to activities aimed at improving product quality and quantity
• Monitor product lifecycle and create product- and process-specific settings for manufacturing and servicing
• Optimize processes, improve production KPIs, and reduce scrap
• Participate in problem-solving activities
• Investigate customer complaints and support supplier complaint processes

What You Need to Be Successful

• University degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering preferred) or at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English
• Basic knowledge of measurement technologies
• Experience in new product introduction
• Confident computer skills (MS Office, SAP, CAD drawings)
• Flexibility, precision, and process-oriented mindset
• Analytical thinking and strong communication and decision-making skills
• Independent, confident, constructive, and proactive work style

Bonus Points if You Have

• Experience in an international manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with quality assurance systems
•  Project management experience
