As part of our growing Identity and Access Security team, you’ll play a key role in designing and managing cutting-edge IAM solutions with a strong focus on Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). This is your opportunity to work with leading technologies like Microsoft Entra ID and Delinea PAM, and to make a meaningful impact on the security posture of a global enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions with a focus on SSO, federation, and PAM using technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Delinea PAM, and SecureAuth IDP.
Configure and maintain identity lifecycle management and SSO integrations with enterprise applications including Active Directory, ServiceNow, O365, Workday HCM, and others.
Automate IAM processes using scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, and Shell scripting.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues related to authentication, authorization, and access provisioning.
Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, PCI DSS).
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure certificate issuance, revocation, and access governance.
Stay current with evolving IAM technologies and industry trends.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Must-Have Qualifications:

Proven experience in IAM engineering and administration, with a strong emphasis on SSO, federation protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML), and Privileged Access Management.
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Delinea PAM, and SSO integration across enterprise platforms.
Experience designing and configuring identity provisioning and federation using industry standards.
Proficiency in scripting for automation (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript, Shell scripting).
Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Experience with additional PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.
Familiarity with identity governance tools like SailPoint, Okta, or Saviynt.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
