Junior HR Business Partner

Your Role

• Support HR Business Partners in daily collaboration with managers and employees
• Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in talent development programs (e.g., High Potentials, Mentoring)
• Prepare HR documentation (job offers, job descriptions, organizational charts)
• Organize and deliver soft skills training (e.g., communication, teamwork)
• Create HR reports and analyses (e.g., employment metrics, exit reasons)
• Support internal communication and culture-building initiatives
• Collaborate with HR teams in Krakow and across the EMEA region on HR  projects
• University degree (preferred fields: HR, psychology, sociology, law)

Your Background

• Very good command of English (min. B2/C1) – both spoken and written
• 2–3 years of experience in HR (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Specialist, Recruiter)
• Knowledge of HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, training, personnel administration
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across organizational levels
• Proactive, independent, and well-organized
• High level of discretion and professional ethics
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus
