As Service Delivery Coordinator ​ you will coordinate activities to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and safely to both the Client and Companies satisfaction.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Following and recording internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment
• Performing checks of equipment required for cementing, coiled tubing or production enhancement jobs to ensure operational readiness
• Attending customer sites to provide technical support for on-site installation, periodic maintenance, repairs and upgrades on X-ray and CT systems
• Providing support, mentoring, supervision and guidance to team to ensure day-to-day wellsite work activities are completed
• Handling the scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements to provide effective support
• Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close out
• Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients objectives
• Ensuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakage
• Perform other tasks assigned by the management

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Oil&Gas Industry
• Show solid experience (5+ years) and understanding of Pressure Pumping /Coiled Tubing Business
• Have experience in Cementing, Coiled Tubing
• Show extensive experience as Field Services Supervisor in Oil & Gas related to  Coiled Tubing, Cementing services
• Be able to speak English and Azeri fluently, Russian is preferrable
