Parking Garage Supervisor - Brooklyn NY

Park Inc is looking for a dependable, upbeat person to lead our parking team and keep things running smoothly. If you're great with people, love staying organized, and don’t mind being on your feet, this could be a perfect fit!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping manage the day-to-day flow of the garage
• Leading a small team of attendants and making sure everyone’s on track
• Keeping the garage clean, safe, and customer-friendly
• Handling questions or issues from guests with a smile
• Training new team members and keeping morale high
• Reporting any maintenance needs or incidents

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone with a couple of years of experience in a similar role
• A natural leader who’s good at solving problems
• Comfortable using basic tech (email, parking systems, etc.)
• Flexible schedule — weekends and evenings may be part of the gig

• High School diploma or equivalent is required along with 1-3 years previous management experience or has previously served as a Site Supervisor within the company.
• Is organized, communicates well, and is able to motivate personnel.
• Possesses a reasonable understanding of parking management.
• Exceptional customer service skills
