Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Building engaged agile teams and a positive working atmosphere,
• Taking care of your team, ensuring required competencies and developing team members’ skills,
• Designing and reviewing the architecture of modern solutions and applications together with the team and architects,
• Inspiring teams with new technologies and building a modern work culture based on DevOps and Engineering Culture values,
• Building relationships with the business and jointly creating a product development vision, considering technology and security aspects,
• Managing the budget for your area, monitoring expenses, and cooperating with the controlling team,
• Being responsible for optimizing, monitoring, and reporting performance and process maturity indicators carried out by the team,
• Cooperating with external vendors, being responsible for contracts and evaluating the level of services provided.
