Job Responsibilities
- Leads the Product Engineering team under Healthcare Engineering in the development of systems and modules.
- Drives for effective and efficient development of solutions for product evaluations and qualifications.
- Works in identifying business opportunities, product definition and development.
- Works in establishment of development costs, resourcing and schedule.
- Collaborates in the creation of test and measurement strategy and execution.
- Develops engineering capabilities to accelerate product development. Identifies opportunity for improvements in the development process and product life ownership.
- Fully accountable for people management: Ensures proper resourcing and loading, establishes career development plans, setting performance goals and evaluation. Responsible for hiring and pay reviews.
- Builds a team with growth mindset and a culture that fosters accountability, recognition, open communication and belonging
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Knowledgeable and with deep understanding in the electronics or semiconductor business structure, operations and market interaction.
- Able to see the big picture and develop strategies to achieve business goals.
- Understands financial statements, budgets and key financial metrics.
- Identifies potential risks and opportunities in a business situation.
- Makes informed and timely decisions based on available information.
- Able to adjust and pivot to charging circumstances and new information.
- Effectively communicating ideas and strategies to others.
- Identifies and solves problems that arise in a business context.
- Technically equipped in product development is an advantage.
Education and Experience
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in ECE, EE or equivalent degree. Master of Engineering or Master of Science in Engineering is an advantage.
- With 9+ years of work experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry preferably in Product Development.
- With 3+ years of management experience.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
