Assistant Vice President / Vice President, Corporate Banking (Marketing Relationship Manager)

Job Responsibilities:

• Solicit and develop corporate banking business while maintaining credit quality. • Explore new business opportunities and develop new accounts independently. • Proactively participate in the marketing of corporate financial services in the areas of corporate lending, structured transactions, syndication, trade and cash management, treasury, insurance and other financial products. • Work proactively with Product Teams on cross-selling the Bank’s products. • Maintain good account relationship with existing and potential corporate banking clients. • Adhere to prevailing risk and compliance requirements, bank policies and procedures and applicable local and regional regulations, to achieve set targets and standards. • For Vice President, assist Team Head in coaching and supervising junior team members and supporting staff. • Comply with anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience for AVP and 6-8 years for VP in marketing and relationship management in corporate banking, preferably gained from international banking environment.
• Good forward planning and result oriented.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Possess the required qualifications and license under SFC for dealing in securities will be an advantage.
• Possess the qualification of Certified Credit Risk Management Professional (Commercial Lending) (CCRP(CL)) preferred.
• Willing to travel frequently to PRC
