Position Overview:

Our systems are used for interest rate and credit risk management, investment analysis and trading, security issuance, automated loan underwriting, distressed loan decisions, economic and regulatory capital, property valuation, financial reporting, economic and GAAP forecasting, and more! Our Impact:
By maximizing various internal models, the Mercury application generates Valuation, P&L, and Risk metrics data for a wide variety of users across our firm including, but not limited to, Capital Markets and Finance divisions. Additionally, our Mercury Plus application generate forecasts of our financials that are used for various purposes such as DFAST and planning by division leaders. The Mercury Product Management Team ensures successful completion of the Mercury and Mercury Plus application’s processes and reasonability of the output for our users.
Your Impact:
As a part of the Mercury Product Management Team, you will
- Support operations of different executions planned for Mercury + (Application for forecasting financials)
- Troubleshoot application related issues in both production and lower environments
- Communicate performance patterns and trends to stakeholders
- Development and maintain predictive models for execution runtimes
- Support environment related maintenance and management
- Perform code reviews
- Develop automated tools to assist with core responsibilities mentioned above
- Assist with the development of the Mercury Plus application as it relates to forecasting
- Ensure application and process resiliency by addressing production issues during assigned shifts (non-business hours)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience.
- Proven experience with analytical tools: SQL, Python, Excel, and similar
- Good knowledge of Fixed Income and/or Finance Analytics
- Ability to analyze large datasets
- Ability to work on weekend and evenings for one week a month is necessary.
- Experience in interfacing with and/or supporting mission-critical applications or tasks
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or other quantitative field

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $109,000 - $163,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
