What you will do

  • Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with the timeline and deliverables requirement 

  • Develop, maintain and monitor project plans in Project Management Tools, which tracks overall progress, KPIs and milestones 

  • Assign internal resources effectively to maximize deliverables output 

  • Report project opportunities, risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels 

  • Managing communication between internal and external stakeholders 

  • Working on Projects data coherence, reflected later in dashboards and reports provided for the Operations Management 

  • Taking care of project documentation, database and processes in JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce and other required tools according to internal standards within the team 

Who you are

  • Project coordination/management proven experience (min. 1 year) 

  • Experience in direct communication with the customer 

  • Confident handling of the MS Office package  

  • Fluency in English and French 

  • Fluency in German is a plus

  • Customer-oriented mindset 
  • Social competence, empathy and respectful interaction 
  • Analytical & critical thinking 
  • Successfully completed training or a degree in the hotel industry and/or IT sector (Optionally)
  • Knowledge of protel products (Optionally)
  • Experience in working in Hospitality industry (Optionally)
  • Confident handling of Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA (Optionally)
