If you are a sharp, self-driven leader who is passionate about solving complex problems in a multi-cultural environment, we want to talk to you!   Job Description • Work with the Product Management, Product Development and Business leadership teams to build solutions that will transform both clients and internal users experience. • Collaborate with product management, development, and strategy, business, and client stakeholders in defining and executing the Product Vision. • Define and lead the software quality vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. • Ensure the highest standards of quality and performance are met to support the scale of the business.  • Establish best practices for testing automation, CI/CD integration, test data management, and defect prevention. • Implement robust quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to measure and continuously improve product quality. • Evaluate and adopt modern testing tools, frameworks, and platforms to support scalable, repeatable quality processes. • Proactively identify quality risks and drive mitigation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and engineering excellence • Able to thrive on a very distributed environment supporting teams in multiple time zones. • Build strong relationship with peers, other product teams and stakeholders, influencing outcomes across different areas and leaders. • Build highly engaged and motivated teams, promoting creativity and a positive culture that inspires innovative outcomes. • Coach and lead team members, assess the pulse of the organization, and negotiate priorities.     Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field; Master's Degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of management/leadership experience in customer-facing software development required. • Must have a 15 year track record of successfully delivering software applications as an individual, team leader, development manager and/or software architect. • Experience managing a large, global team with diverse technical skills and backgrounds. • Strong leadership, project management, time management, and problem-solving skills. • Strong expertise in test automation, performance engineering, security testing, and quality governance. • Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices architectures, and modern DevOps practices. • Strong understanding of the agile framework and a track record of scaling agile practices for large enterprises. • Willingness to be "hands-on" and dive into technical issues. • Enthusiast about AI and its application to accelerate innovation   Interpersonal skills • Engaging communicator, facilitator and motivator  • Self-motivated, action-oriented team player • Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines to deliver results
