WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

 

What you can expect on a typical day:

  • Develops and implements HR strategy for Greater China countries includes China, Taiwan, Hongkong
  • Provides advice, guidance and support to the management team, driving best HR Practices across the organization
  • Drives and implements corporate policies and standards where appropriate
  • Drives organizational effectiveness through ongoing performance management (standout), organization design (span of control) and all aspects of talent management
  • Responsible for driving Associates' engagement initiatives / programs to drive retention.
  • Oversees learning & training programs to ensure effective onboarding to productivity.
  • Works with Total Rewards and ensures that associates are rewarded fairly and in accordance with Total Rewards strategy.
  • Works with Talent Acquisition and ensures that the right talent is available to support the business, including graduate programs.
  • Drives and implements organizational development programs & leadership development programs for leaders.
  • Develops and enhances internal processes and tools to provide effective HR service delivery to the organization.
  • Identifies, coaches and develops high potential leaders and assists in preparing ADP'S Talent Touchpoint process
  • Manage all internal and external HR communications
  • Actively contribute to regional and international projects as required

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resource
  • Substantial experience in a senior HRBP role, ideally in a multi-national organization
  • Experience in leading professional HR teams
  • Successful experiences in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including consulting skills, presentation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
