We are looking for a skilled and proactive Specialist People Analytics to support our global HR function by ensuring excellence in people master data management, HR reporting, and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will contribute to the development of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools that enable our leaders to act with clarity and impact.
This role reports to the Director HR Projects & People Analytics and plays a key part in improving the quality, governance, and strategic use of HR data globally.
In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Ensuring the quality and structure of people master data across systems like Workday, Power BI, and survey tools.
Developing and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and reports aligned with HR strategy and executive priorities.
Acting as data expert in HRIS projects and supporting Workday deployments and upgrades.
Aligning data across sources to support advanced and predictive people analytics.
Collaborating with HR leaders, IT, and consultants to enhance system capabilities and data accuracy.
To be successful in this role, you have:
A Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Administration, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience with HR systems.
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM; experience with additional Workday modules (e.g., Recruitment, Compensation) is a plus.
Being trained in Workday Reporting is a must, while being certified is very welcome.
Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and database management.
A collaborative, proactive, and diplomatic mindset, with effective communication skills in English.
