Responsibilities:
Responsible for understanding channel dynamics and executing sales strategies to drive business growth across key focus areas.
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
• Understand channel dynamics and build/implement effective sales strategies across four key focus areas.
• Identify business opportunities and gaps through close collaboration and interaction with customers.
• Establish and maintain strong trade relationships, conducting continuous business reviews with key customers.
• Negotiate trading terms to ensure maximum returns on trade investments.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to develop and execute action plans that address business gaps.
• Maximize trade investment returns by applying investments strategically and monitoring effectiveness.
• Plan and manage promotions to ensure they deliver optimal results.
• Build and develop the capabilities of the sales team through coaching and performance management.
• Develop merchandisers’ skills and manage route coverage to achieve 100% service level compliance.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
