What You’Ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of up to 18 motivated sales professionals across Hungary
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and profitability targets – results over excuses!
• Build a customer-centric, service-driven sales culture
• Own and grow relationships with our Top Key Accounts
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and promotions
• Collaborate across departments to deliver world-class solutions
• Use tools like Salesforce & MS Dynamics to forecast, analyze, and optimize performance
• Report to top management with clear insights and corrective actions

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in a Sales Manager role, with proven success in B2B sales
• Strong leadership and team development experience
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, “get-it-done” attitude
• Strategic thinker with strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Fluency in local language, Hungarian and in English
• Willingness to travel across Hungary
• Valid driver’s license & clean criminal record
