Working collaboratively across borders and disciplines, you’ll join a leading team working on interesting and complex projects. We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining.
What you’ll do:
Joining us on an initial 12 month contract working Part Time (Mon/Thurs/Fri), this role covers general admin, to mobilisation, to document formatting . Your day to day will look like;
- Support the Admin and Project team with all-round administrational support.
- Compiling reports, presentations and another project documentation as required
- Scheduling and organising external and internal meetings, document and disseminate detailed meeting minutes
- Mobilisation assistance including arranging inductions, flights, training, medicals and accommodation
- Manage correspondence between EPCM, vendors and client.
- Other general administration including expense claims and credit card reconciliation as required
About You
This role will suit someone with a desire to grow their experience and knowledge within the mining & construction industry. Your day to day will include taking care of various projects and tasks; the successful candidate will be able to prioritise deadlines efficiently.
- A minimum of 3 years working in an Administration position
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of administrative systems and procedures, and proficiency with office technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be highly organised and possess a strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks
- Qualifications in business or office administration is desirable
