We have got an exciting opportunity for a Course Advisor to be part of our team at IT Masters/ECA Online, based at our Parramatta campus.

Fresh graduates and experienced sales professionals with a passion for their clients and a degree in business or marketing are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Phone based sales to our prospective student database and new qualified leads, using our internally developed, respectful sales methods.
Managing a growing group of students over time and providing regular course advice to them on how best to manage and plan their path to a masters degree.
Student retention: Calling existing students in between term start and census to assist with retention.
Working with the IT Masters and ECA Online teams to grow our student database, assist with managing peaks and troughs in demand, participating in, and presenting, occasional webinars and at other online and in person events.

As the successful candidate you will ideally have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Proven experience in sales environment meeting sales targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools would be desirable.
Proven experience in social media marketing would be desirable.
