The Role (12-month Fixed Term Contract | Full-Time | Hybrid Working Arrangements)

We are looking for a motivated individual who is ready to launch their career in the Skincare Industry. In this role, the primary duties includes:

• Assist customer with product knowledge relating to sales and their order process in a polite and professional manner

• Assist stockists with account queries and provide information on promotions

• Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner when required

• Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate

• Manage all consumer orders, emails and phone calls

• Perform routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments as required

• Operate a variety of standard office systems

• Assist stockists and consumers with base level I.T support

• Maintain and update customer records

• General customer service support over the phone, email and live chat

• Respond to customer queries and/or complaints in a timely manner

• Build and maintain effective working relationships internal/external customers

• Ensure customers are aware of our promotions

About You

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and well-presented team player to join our Customer Service team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-year experience in a similar role an advantage but not required

• Excellent people skills

• Good Communication Skills

• Competent computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook

• The ability to continually problem solve and deliver an outcome in the best interest of the customer and the organisation

• Dermalogica product knowledge an advantage but not necessary

• Committed team member
