Intern - Global Markets (Legal & Compliance)

• Assist to review, consolidate and update FAQs, Explanatory notes on Master Agreements (ISDA MA, CSA, FX MA, TMA, CSA-i) and legal developments.
• Consolidate and update the laws, rules and regulations involving banking and Global Markets businesses.
• To support and assist in developing training materials with the use of Microsoft Office tools
• To support the team to perform legal research on any matters related to banking and finance
• Provide support on administrative matters for the team, including but not limited to responding to enquiries for copies of laws, rules and regulations and directing the requests to the right channel, managing legal and regulatory training calendars (including updating attendance sheets, organizing training lunches and distribution of training materials to participants)
• Any other day-to-day works that is deemed necessary
