Product Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, ensure it is accurate, informative, up-to-date, easily accessible for internal stakeholders.

2. Facilitate communication between different functional teams such as business, delivery services, engineering, operations, compliance to ensure alignment on features and updates.

3. Collaborate with product manager in project management activities related to product development to ensure timely delivery and adherences to feature release milestones.

4. Understand and pick up domain knowledge of existing product features, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

5. Work closely with stakeholders, specifically with delivery services and engineering team to provide guidance, clarify requirements and resolve issues for features or enhancements.

6. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with product goals.

7. Support product launches and go-to-market activities by providing insights, conducting user acceptance testing and monitor product performance metrics by generating reports to track progress and identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or related field.

2. 1+ year of experience in product management, business analysis or related roles within the fintech industry.

3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

4. Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.

5. Ability to thrive in a startup-like (fast-paced and dynamic) environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

6. Familiarity with financial services, digital wallets, and payment systems is highly desirable.

7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
