The Opportunity


As quantum computing rapidly moves from research labs to production environments, Classiq is leading that transformation. We’re looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to scale our go-to-market engine globally, building on our deep traction with Fortune 500 clients and our unrivaled technology foundation.

This is a mission-critical executive role responsible for accelerating revenue growth, leading global GTM strategy, and driving commercial execution across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Responsibilities


- Lead all GTM functions globally: Sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success across APAC, EMEA, and North America.

- Enterprise sales leadership: Expand penetration in Fortune 500, governments, and strategic sectors including finance, pharma, defense, automotive and manufacturing.

- Refine and execute global GTM strategy: Build a repeatable, scalable revenue engine from POC to production quantum software adoption.

- Partner ecosystem development: Lead strategic alliances with cloud providers, hardware partners, system integrators, and national initiatives.

- Demand generation and positioning: Own the narrative around Classiq as the category-defining platform for quantum software.

- Customer success and retention: Deliver a high-touch, outcomes-driven experience for enterprise clients.

- Build and scale teams: Grow a world-class GTM organization with a performance-oriented culture.

- Forecasting and board reporting: Deliver predictable revenue reporting and strategic insights to executive leadership and investors.

Requirements


- CRO / VP Sales / VP GTM at a deep-tech, SaaS, or platform software company (enterprise-focused).

- Demonstrated success in building and scaling GTM operations in fast-moving, complex technology markets.

- Experience with frontier technologies (quantum, AI, cloud, semiconductors) strongly preferred.

- Proven ability to sell into large, global enterprises and governments.

- Comfort with a highly technical product and long sales cycles.

- Experience operating across APAC, EMEA, and North America.

- High EQ and strong leadership presence; capable of motivating both teams and customers.

- Board-level communication and investor interaction experience.
