We are looking for a Partnerships Specialist to join our growing Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and optimizing affiliate relationships, with a focus on driving growth and acquisition through performance marketing channels. You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to identify high-potential partners, track and analyze performance, and scale affiliate initiatives globally. This role requires both a strategic mindset and hands-on execution, as you’ll play a key part in expanding Seeking Alpha’s reach through external partnerships and affiliates. What You'll Do
- Own and grow affiliate relationships- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and content partners, with a focus on high-quality, performance-driven acquisition.
- Manage and optimize ongoing partnerships- Monitor daily activity, performance metrics, and KPIs to ensure partners are meeting agreed goals. Take proactive steps to boost partner performance and ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally- Work closely with the Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to align affiliate efforts with broader user acquisition and revenue targets.
- Deliver campaign analysis and reporting- Prepare regular performance reports, track conversions, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends- Conduct competitor benchmarking and stay current with affiliate marketing trends, tools, and networks in the fintech and investing space.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing affiliate programs through platforms like Impact, CJ, Partnerize, or Everflow
- Fluent/native English speaker - excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- 2-4 years of experience in affiliate programs, strategic partnerships, or performance-based marketing, with proven experience in the fintech industry; prior experience working at a SaaS or product-focused company is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate recruitment, onboarding, campaign launches, and performance optimization
