Customer Onboarding Specialist (AU KYC - FinTech Industry, Hybrid)

Schedule: 24/7 Rotating Shift

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment, preferably within finance, banking, or payments
• Proven ability to efficiently process a high volume of cases (over 100 per day)
• Experience analyzing identity documents or payments is preferred
• A fast and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps broadband)
• Must have a reliable backup internet connection to ensure uninterrupted work during connectivity issues.
• Must possess an inquisitive mind and demonstrate resourcefulness in conducting investigations.
• While not required, candidates with experience in fast-growing companies or fully remote roles will be preferred.

What will you do?

• Analyzing and verifying customer accounts for authenticity
• Reviewing and interpreting identity document reports for customers who failed verification
• Requesting additional documentation from customers when necessary
• Escalating customer accounts and transactions to senior team members for further review
• Analyzing payment information to confirm receipt and authenticity
• Troubleshooting customer issues related to account creation and payments
• Providing training and support to new team members as needed
