ABOUT THE POSITION
- Collaborate with Directors, Tech and Art Leads and team members to establish realistic expectations from timelines, estimates and project deliverables.
- Define, track and follow up on project schedule and milestones.
- Facilitate meetings, discussions, feedback, and communication within the team of Artists, Technical Artists, Leads, Directors and Producers to discuss status, resolve issues and share information.
- Follow up closely with Directors/Leads and Line Producers about project progress, potential risks, and contingency plans.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects; optimize resource planning and allocation, team management, team health, cost and efficiency analysis.
- Manage relationships with clients and partnered studios through transparent verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Support Tech Leads and Group Producer in managing team occupation, team morale and internal initiatives.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a producer or project manager role, preferably experience in Tech/3D/Game industry.
- A solid understanding of production management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
- Attention to detail, timely follow-up, strong scheduling, and organizational skills. Strong capability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work with multiple teams and functional areas – i.e. a real team player.
- Experience working with people from a technical background is preferred.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects, switching focus and priorities to respond to project needs.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and conflict solving skills when dealing with people or challenging situations.
- The successful candidate will be a self-starter with enthusiasm, flexibility, and motivation.
- Microsoft Office experience: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools and software (Jira, Hansoft, Asana, etc.)
- Passion for video games and the industry.
- Fluent in English (4 skills).
- Must be willing and able to work on-site at our Studio in Ho Chi Minh City.
