Performs coordinative work in day-to-day operations in order to manage processes, develop and implement projects. Coordinates amongst team members and manages administrative functions that align with project support. Monitors program/project deliverables and performance and undertakes the collection and presentation of data to the administrative team. Provides administrative support. Work is performed under general supervision and performance is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained. The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with the University Policies & Procedures.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to: Associate Dean
Supervises: May supervise student workers as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES - May include, but not limited to the following:
- Working knowledge of office practices and methods.
- Ability to coordinate work with other stakeholders.
- Provide direct instruction or supervision as assigned.
- Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives.
- Exercises independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and norms of performance.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with students, staff, faculty, and other stakeholders including those outside of the College of Nursing and University.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally, by telephone, in virtual settings, in person and in writing.
- Ability to represent the College of Nursing and University in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Ability to use a personal computer and other office equipment, including University related software, email and other.

Bachelor's degree in area generally related to project content or assigned responsibilities, preferred.
Two years' experience in generally related area.
