About the role:

The Process Engineer I is responsible for supporting the development, optimization, and supervision of industrial processes within engineering projects. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure processes are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality and environmental standards.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of industrial processes.
- Conduct process analysis and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support troubleshooting operational issues and implementing solutions.
- Help prepare technical documentation, procedures, and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure proper process execution.
- Monitor and report process performance indicators.
- Adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations in all activities.
