Head of Strategic Alliances (Asean)

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
• Special Focus on driving revenue through Global Strategic Partners
• Sourcing new partners and developing exciting new services partnership
• Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with our business objectives and strategy
• Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
• Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
• Drive Top Tier Vendor/OEM relationships for the Organization and meet the revenue targets from these relationships 
• Map the OEM organization and ensure regular engagement with the Practices in HQ as well as Sales to drive business growth 
• Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company
• Attend various trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company.

 

Qualifications/Skills: 

 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science or Business Administration or a related field.
• You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing alliances, channel partners and/or strategic partners in-country or within a region.
• Experience in optimizing rebates to contribute in the profitability of the organization
• You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
• You are highly goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
• You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Oracle) would be a plus
