We are seeking a Senior Schedule Resource Analyst for our support to the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL), Edwards, AFB, CA. The support would include reviewing site wide test schedules, identifying resource conflicts, resource needs and ensure test sites are all supported. This is a remote position.
Key Role:
• Tracking resource utilization, identifying bottlenecks, or shortfalls and analyzes performance against established metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collects and updates data and updates and produces scheduling reports.
• Providing support for ad-hoc requests, including data analysis, report creation, and recommendations for process improvements.
• Working closely with project managers, other site schedulers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective resource management.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Supports monthly report preparation.
• May participate in planning and scheduling meetings to gain insight to planning and scheduling issues.
• Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested


Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years of Project Management/Scheduling experience.
• BA Degree
• Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience using MS OneNote, Teams and SharePoint.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
