Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

 • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical parts. 

• Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical systems such as bearings, gears, shafts, couplings, and seals, in addition to hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. • Conduct regular inspections to identify wear and tear or potential failures in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems : 

• Maintain and repair hydraulic systems, including power units, pumps, cylinders, and valves. 

• Service pneumatic systems such as air compressors, actuators, regulators, and distribution networks

• Ensure proper calibration, adjustment, and alignment of hydraulic and pneumatic components. 

Mechanical Components :

 • Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical parts, including conveyor systems, rotating equipment, and power transmission components.

 • Replace or refurbish damaged mechanical components to restore operational integrity. 

• Apply best practices to minimize wear and improve the longevity of mechanical systems. Documentation:

 • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspection logs, repair reports, and component replacement history.

 • Prepare technical documentation and updates for management as required..
