Junior Financial Account Manager I Early Talent Program

What you’ll do for us 

Support the management of financial relationships with key clients as a main point of contact.
Assist in preparing and monitoring financial records, including accounting, tax returns, and investor reports.
Help ensure client funds and entities comply with regulations and deadlines.
Support transaction processing, payments, and filings with authorities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Contribute to improving internal processes and support team projects.
Assist in managing relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Help ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards to protect the organization and clients.
Ensure the seamless delivery of additional services in collaboration with other teams
Prepare and review client-specific periodic (fund) reporting

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? 

A bachelor in business administration, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent 
Fluent in English and/or Dutch (spoken and written)
Team player, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with a high level of energy, motivation, tenacity, agility and ability to work pro-actively
Excellent in time management and priority setting
Analytical, with an eye for detail, and curious, with a drive to investigate and find answers to the right question
