Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site selection visits to assess trial readiness and capabilities
Perform initiation visits and train site personnel on trial protocols
Monitor patient data and study documentation for accuracy and compliance
Ensure adherence to research protocols and regulatory standards
Collaborate with internal teams and external sites to meet trial milestones
Report adverse events and special cases within 24 hours of receipt
Support distribution of marketing samples where applicable
Represent Novartis in project-specific engagements and communications

Essential Requirements

Experience in clinical operations, project coordination, or trial site management
Ability to represent the organization professionally in external interactions
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional and multicultural teams
Familiarity with clinical trial monitoring and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in reviewing clinical data and ensuring data integrity
Knowledge of clinical trial systems and reporting tools
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
Fluency in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
