Technical Specialist - React.js

Job Summary
As a Technical Specialist in React.js, you will play a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative solutions for our products and sustenance delivery. You will lead a team to ensure that deliverables meet defined scope and standards while driving knowledge upgradation and adoption of new technologies. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing client satisfaction through high-quality solutions that align with industry best practices. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Architect, Design, And Develop Comprehensive Solutions For Products And Projects Using React.Js, Ensuring That All Aspects Of The Software Lifecycle Are Managed Effectively Through Team Collaboration.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In React.Js, Providing Technical Guidance And Support To Team Members And Stakeholders, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement And Innovation.
3. Drive Knowledge Upgradation Within The Team By Working With Emerging Technologies And Methodologies, Ensuring Solutions Remain Current, Meet Quality Standards, And Fulfill Client Requirements.
4. Train And Mentor Team Members In React.Js And Related Technologies, Ensuring A Robust Talent Pipeline And Mitigating Potential Delivery Risks Through Effective Skill-Building Initiatives.
5. Gather And Analyze Client Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions That Leverage React.Js, Ensuring Alignment With Industry Standards And Best Practices.
6. Review Project Deliverables To Ensure Adherence To Established Design Principles And Quality Metrics, Providing Constructive Feedback And Recommendations For Enhancements.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives, Actively Contributing To The Continuous Improvement Of Processes And Practices Within The React.Js Domain.Skill Requirements
1. Expert Proficiency In React.Js And Its Ecosystem, Including State Management Libraries Such As Redux.
2. Strong Understanding Of Web Services And Apis, With Experience In Integrating Restful Services With React Applications.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Front-End Technologies Such As Html, Css, And Javascript Frameworks Like Angular And Node.Js.
