IT Analyst

This is a remote position.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
  
• Design business processes, system interactions, and workflows using UML and BPMN.
  
• Translate business needs into structured system specifications and user stories.
  
• Analyse SQL databases, extract and validate data for system improvements.
  
• Support integration of APIs and system components, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  
• Work closely with developers, testers, and product teams to ensure proper implementation.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst in financial or IT environments.
  
• Expertise in UML, BPMN, SQL, and system design.
  
• Strong business analysis skills (requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder communication).
  
• Experience working with REST APIs and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
  
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
  

• Knowledge of banking products such as payments, lending, or digital onboarding.
  
• Experience with BigQuery, Git, Jira, Confluence, and Kibana.
