A. Role Purpose

The role is responsible to ensure that Risk is mitigated and monitored through the business and that the policy, statutory and legal requirements are adhered to.

Location: Hanoi

B. Key Responsibilities

• Influences business outcomes based on established ops risk and compliance

• Applies detailed knowledge and understanding of the operational risk and compliance management framework, methodologies and controls to business activities

• Coaches & advises business managers on the application of the effective use of operational risk and compliance management framework to evaluate risks in order to achieve business outcomes

• Analyses the effectiveness of the existing risk & compliance framework and identifies enhancements methodologies & controls

• Engages stakeholders to implement & improve business activities through use/integration of the risk & compliance framework

• Develops compliance plans & ensures maintenance

• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

Qualification Requirements

• At least 7 years’ experience working.

• Understanding of Strategic Sourcing / Procurement or similar experience.

• Experience managing competing priorities while continuing to meet expectations of the stakeholders and deliver exceptional service.

• Ability to builds & maintains working relationships

• Solid background in project management and 2nd line risk (both Operational & Technology risk)

• Co-ordination of continuous improvement activities

• Development of reporting & monitoring frameworks for banking portfolios, & credit operations team

• Evaluation of major projects to ensure alignment with business risk profiles

• Support business in development of risk awareness and risk enhancement
