Assistant Vice President, GT-TSS, Mainframe & AS400 (AS400 Technical Support)

Job Purpose *  

 

Monitor and maintain AS/400 which are under Country Infrastructure Services – IT Platform Services – AS/400 & Mainframe purview.

 

  Key Responsibilities  *  

Strategy and Planning 

• n/a

 

Business Performance and Management

• Installation and configuration AS/400 hardware and software operating system.
• Diagnose, analyse and solving technical faults related to AS/400 hardware and software.
• Maintenance and monitoring AS/400 system server utilization and performance.
• Ensure AS/400 and Mainframe system server uptime according to SLA.
• Provide technical support services for the Application Support Delivery Team.
• Assist IT Platform Services AS/400 – Lead to achieve KPI set by Head of Country Infrastructure Services - IT Platform Services.

 

People Management

• Good communication with other team members
• Have good team spirit.

 

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensures all operations are in compliance with Group, local and regional regulations 
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (eg. MAS, SGX, etc. ) and external auditors

Qualifications 

(Basic Degree/Diploma etc)

 

•      Diploma in IT or its equivalent Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements   N/A Relevant Work Experience 

• 8  years of experience in an IT field
• 5  years of AS400 role experience
