International Project Manager

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support sales and pre-project teams in preparing technical and commercial bids
• Coordinate customer specification reviews and planning activities
• Participate in contract alignment meetings and influence internal strategy
• Negotiate technical and documentary requirements with customers
• Define and commit to project timelines, including contingency planning
• Act as the main customer contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage all project phases from order to invoicing, ensuring milestones are met
• Coordinate European and Asian internal stakeholders and monitor progress to deliver goods and documentation as per expectations
• Drive profitability through margin improvement plans and cost control

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 5-10 year technical degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent English (essential for coordination, negotiation, and reporting)
• Strong project management and customer relationship skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs and manage international stakeholders
• Experience working in a matrix organization

Preferred Qualifications That Would Set You Apart:

• Knowledge of similar products and markets. Experience in Oil and Gas industry or with EPCs
• On top of English, an extra language than the one of your location would be a plus
• PMP®
