Position Overview
- The Account Manager for the Tmall Flagship Store is responsible for managing and developing key client cooperation, delivering business results. The successful candidate will be able to leverage their expertise to drive sustainable sales growth.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and nurture key client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Responsible for business planning, execution and review
- Cooperate with cross function teams to provide high quality collaboration
- Data analysis to find opportunity for business
2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives for the Tmall Flagship Store.
- Manage Distributor team with perfect operation and executive
- Manage Distributor team process and work with distributor to deliver sales KPI
- Manage Distributor team to optimize and execute new wearer recruitment and existed wearer retention plan with PDCA circle
3. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.Stay updated with the latest Tmall platform updates, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal store performance
- Responsible for daily and periodic communication and negotiation with Tmall
- Explore Tmall internal resource to accelerate business growth and share gaining
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s degree above
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of online KA management experience including distributor management experience.
- Minimum 1 years Tmall management experience is must
- Experience&sense of content and KOL operation will be preferred
