Job Title: IT Support Analyst (Entry-Level)
Location: Onsite – 2707 North Loop W., Houston, TX
Travel: up to 30% domestic travel

We’re seeking an entry-level IT Support Analyst I to join our team at our Houston headquarters. This role will primarily support users in the QISG corporate office, which focuses on engineering and construction for energy infrastructure projects. In addition to office-based responsibilities, the Analyst may occasionally provide IT support at field locations or project sites as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong technical foundation who are eager to advance their skills in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. You’ll provide hands-on support for end users, company devices, and systems, while playing a key role in onboarding, troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate IT documentation and inventory.

What You Bring:

  • 1–4 years of IT support experience, including at least 1 year in a corporate environment
  • CompTIA A+ certification required; additional certifications such as MCITP, MCDST, HDI, or ITIL Foundations are a plus
  • Proficient in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience with SCCM, Intune, VPNs, and mobile device support
  • Familiarity with Jira or other IT ticketing system.
  • Proficient in technical troubleshooting and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; confident communicator who can support users in person, over the phone, or on video while actively troubleshooting.
  • Must be physically able to move and set up IT hardware as needed
  • Associates or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field  

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide first-line technical support for desktop, software, and hardware issues.
  • Perform imaging, configuration, and break/fix services on Dell and Lenovo devices.
  • Support company onboarding/offboarding processes, VPN connectivity, and mobile devices.
  • Manage hardware inventory, reconcile assets, and support lifecycle refreshes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including occasional executive and after-hours support.
  • Contribute to and maintain IT knowledge bases and documentation.
  • Travel up to 30% to support regional offices as needed.
