Job Description

The Senior Manager, Employee Experience is responsible for leading and executing strategies that enhance the employee lifecycle experience—from onboarding to offboarding. This role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture, driving engagement, promoting well-being, and supporting employee retention and satisfaction across the organization.

Requirements:

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Master’s degree or certifications in HR, Organizational Development, or related areas is an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focused on employee engagement or experience.
Proven track record in designing and implementing engagement or culture-related programs.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
Analytical mindset with experience using survey and analytics tools.
Passion for employee well-being, engagement, and inclusion.
Familiarity with modern HR technology platforms and EX tools.
