At BIP Deutschland we’re currently searching for an experienced business development manager who can partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our consulting business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart.
Objectives of this role
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy for BIP in Germany that prioritizes growth and expand our positioning in core industries like Telco, Entertainment, Insurance, Automotive.
- Develop relationship con key clients over those industries, seeking opportunities to address thanks to our global service portfolio (digital and management consulting)
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
- Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders, such as BIP’s managing directors
- Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
- The position is open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
Skills and qualifications
- Proven record of sales growth in the management consulting field, IT field, cybersecurity field
- Strong knowledge of consulting business and sales growth techniques
- Exceptional project management skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English; German proficiency nice to have
Location
- German territory, available to travel over the country
- Munich as headquarter would be preferred
